2. Secure portal submission
Authentication is required before the DEM is uploaded. The portal assigns the controlled project ID and creates the processing queue.
3. Automated terrain intelligence
The controlled workflow performs terrain analysis, Decision Intelligence, Scientific Quality and Analytical Validation. Reference-DEM validation is added when suitable reference data are supplied.
4. Professional review
The final dossier and release evidence are held for an authorised human review. Automatic external release remains disabled.
5. Approved delivery
Approval records the professional decision and automatically prepares the integrity-checked client ZIP for controlled delivery.
